The ARD Foundation mission is to raise funds and foster basic and translational research to identify genetic causes of specific cancers, understand how genes contribute to the disease, and use that understanding to help develop better prevention and treatment strategies.
The ARD Foundation’s President, Ms. Ana Paola Diniz, created the foundation having in mind the millions of patients that suffer from cancer all over the world. Preventing and treating cancer still poses a major challenge and affects not only patients but also friends and family.
The ARD Foundation is committed to raising funds and fostering cancer research using genomic approaches as well as immunotherapy to not only promote early diagnosis and prevention, but also develop cutting edge technologies to successfully fight cancer in collaboration with the renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York .
